Canada that any Hardware shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship, for the duration of the applicable Warranty Period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All hardware products come with a one year warranty unless otherwise specified on the relevant HOS247 datasheet. During the warranty period, hardware exhibiting material defects will be replaced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To receive warranty service, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hos247.com\/canada\/contact\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contact us<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for problem determination and service procedures. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hardware Warranty covers the repair, and if repair is not possible, replacement of any item purchased from us, for 1 year from the date of purchase of the Warranty. These obligations are dependent upon proper use of the products and do not cover:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combination or integration of the product with any features, accessories, software or other materials not installed or provided by HOS247 (unless with HOS247\u2019s explicit consent).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unauthorized modification, removal or erasing of the barcode serial numbers or other identifying marks on the products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Products for which HOS247 has not received payment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Limited Hardware Warranty does not cover Internet connectivity with the Hardware and interruptions in electric power.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Limited Hardware Warranty will only apply to the actual purchaser and end-user of the Hardware, and this Limited Hardware Warranty is not available for products that were purchased used or from any source other than HOS247.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have other queries, please send us
