Shipping Policy


HOS247 uses the best major carriers in the business (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to make sure your order gets to you on time. We offer 2-3 day shipping  on all in-stock items. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup, and managing your order.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment.  When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include the tracking number for the parcel, along with Portal login credentials and step-by-step installation instructions. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier’s tracking system. Our business days are Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a holiday, or after 1:00 PM Eastern Time, the order will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times through HOS247 may take longer around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control. Our carriers don’t deliver on the weekend or holidays.

To help prevent fraud, we can’t change the delivery address after your order is submitted. If you won’t be available to accept delivery, you can arrange for another adult to take delivery on your behalf — as long as it is at the same address.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 2-3 day shipping is available on all in-stock items. You can see in your shopping cart if your item qualifies. Shipping times depend on the shipping method available in your region:

  • Standard Shipping – 2-3 business days for delivery
  • Priority Shipping – for more information contact us

Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

HOS247 only ships to the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. We need a full street address for delivery purposes. Rural route numbers are OK but may result in longer delivery times. We don’t ship to personal mailboxes or APO addresses.

If you feel that your parcel is lost or missing, please contact us ASAP. We will carry out a full investigation to determine the next steps. Once we obtain all of the relevant information it will take 5 to 7 business days to process. We will do our best to handle your case ASAP.

If you noticed that your parcel is damaged when you sign for it, please request the courier to make an abnormal remark on the shipping label. Please keep the original packaging and contact us ASAP. Once we obtain all of the relevant information it will usually take 5 to 7 business days to process.

If you received wrong or missing items please contact us ASAP with photo evidence of your claim. Once we receive your claim we will process it ASAP.
